Non-negotiable sales procedure:

  1. buyer issues ICPO, CIS & delivery schedule (download here , delivery schedule )
  2. seller issues invoice + SPA
  3. buyer makes 50% payment (on weekly upliftment vol) *moq 400k mt (10 loads p/w)
  4. seller shares allocation confirmation doc (ie verifiable release codes) with buyer
  5. seller issues real-time BOL & delivery eta + real-time tracking log-ins (buyer can track delivery)
  6. product is delivered to buyer’s location
  7. buyer does dip test
  8. buyer makes remaining 50% payment (full immediate cleared) + mandatory SARS levy, taxes, road accident fund contribution payment (SA R3.95/L)
  9. product is offloaded
  10. commissions are paid by The Trading Place
  11. buyer submits SARS proof of payment to seller within 21 days of product offloading
