Mandatory sales procedure:

1. buyer submits digi-itp ( download here )
2. seller issues quote for buyer’s acceptance
3. seller issues SPA
4. buyer issues proof of funds (bank comfort letter)
5. on verification of funds buyer is invited to mine to view and test product
6. on successful testing – buyer and seller sign the SPA
7. transaction commences as per SPA t&c’s
